Portchester (December 11, 2007) Schefenacker plc, the leading manufacturer of exterior mirrors, is changing its name on December 11, 2007 and is beginning to trade under the new name of Visiocorp plc. After a successful reorganization, the company is presenting itself to customers worldwide with a new corporate identity and a new logo.
This presentation will be implemented across-the-board over all communication channels – from business equipment to the Internet presence, supported by an advertising campaign in the trade media. At the corporate headquarters in Portchester, as well as at all other locations worldwide, the Schefenacker logos will be replaced with Visiocorp logos.

Under the new name Visiocorp, the company wants to expand its leadership in market and technology even further. The company has close proximity to its customers, and is ideally positioned for the demands imposed by a dynamic global market. The signs are positive: orders received over the last few months indicate a strong response to the company’s worldwide network and capabilities.
