In order to be able to secure and expand our position in the future, we are dependent on innovative software for our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of mathematical and algorithmic software methods primarily for real-time processing
  • Verification of externally supplied software algorithms
  • Drafting software architectures and methods
  • Routine software development in programming languages such as C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink
  • Preparation of software design specifications or requirements specifications
  • Preparation of software architectures in projects involving environment sensor systems, implementation and verification and testing of new image processing algorithms, methods for object recognition and algorithms for digital correction of geometric lens distortions for real-time applications

Requirements:

You should have studied either physics with mathematics as a minor, theoretical physics, electrical engineering, theoretical electrical engineering or mathematics with physics as a minor. You should be as fluent in written and spoken English as with programming languages such as C/C++, Delphi, MATLAB/Simulink. Knowledge of machine languages, such as Assembler and DSP, would be desirable. Moreover, you should have qualified experience in the areas of mathematical modelling, image processing, pattern recognition and high-speed processing of digital data flows and algorithm development in complex applications with a real-time requirement.
