Responsibilities:
You will optimise the legal commercial protection to secure our competition advantages. In doing so, you will advise the development, the product management and the company management with respect to existing protective rights and in the recognition and registration of our own inventions. You will research and identify technical innovations, check them for their newness and legitimation for patent, and take all measures necessary for the patent registration. Your interesting and broad sphere of tasks will extend to the whole bandwidth of our products and the associated developments. If you are good at explaining technology and enjoy dealing with legal questions then you are the right person for us as a patent engineer.
Requirements:
You have successfully completed your technical or natural scientific university studies and have a good verbal and written command of technical English. A good knowledge of French would also be of advantage. A prerequisite for appointment is the readiness to train further with our support to become our European patent representative.
