Responsibilities:
- Setting up, conducting and evaluating vibration-acoustic and aerodynamic tests of components and vehicles
- Conducting test and trial runs, both in-house as well as with customers
- Contacting customers on technical matters in coordination with the Sales Department and your superior
- Advanced development of the methods and measuring set-up together with the Development Department
- Comparing results with simulations
- Working out concepts of weight reduction
- Compiling design guidelines and new concepts
- Working in project teams
Perspective:
Managing the competence centre for vibration, acoustics, aerodynamics.
Requirements:
Engineering degree (Dipl-Ing. TH/FH) in general mechanical engineering or related subjects. Knowledge of acoustics, theory of oscillations, measuring and automotive technology. Preferably experience in testing, development or metrology, obtaining and evaluating measurements. You should also have computer skills, basic programming skills, a good command of English, communication skills and flexibility, and be able to work well in a team and bear a heavy work load.
